Robert Half, a global talent solutions and consulting firm, has been named one of the World’s Best Employers for 2024 by Forbes. The recognition, awarded to companies excelling in employee well-being and inclusivity, highlights the firm’s efforts to create a supportive workplace, according to a statement from Robert Half.
The annual list, compiled by Forbes in partnership with market research company Statista, surveyed over 300,000 employees across 50 countries. Participants evaluated their employers based on various factors, including working conditions, opportunities for career advancement, and corporate culture.
“We are honoured to be recognized as one of the world’s best employers,” said M. Keith Waddell, Robert Half’s president and CEO. “This award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating an extraordinary workplace culture where our employees can thrive, innovate, and grow their careers,” he added.
Robert Half attributes its ranking to several initiatives, including flexible work options, employee wellness programs, and resources aimed at fostering professional development. The firm’s 2023 Leading With Integrity Report, which outlines its business practices and plans for the future, also emphasizes its dedication to social responsibility.
Robert Half, which operates over 300 locations worldwide, provides both temporary and permanent staffing solutions across multiple industries, including finance, technology, and legal services. The firm’s subsidiary, Protiviti, focuses on risk and business consulting.
Waddell credited employees’ “dedication and talent” as a key factor in delivering quality service to clients. This latest honour adds to a series of recognitions for the firm, which was also named to Fortune’s Most Admired Companies list earlier this year.
