Perceptyx, an employee experience analytics firm, has launched the Center for Workforce Transformation (CWT), a new initiative focused on advancing workplace practices through research and data analysis. The CWT aims to equip organizations with actionable insights into employee sentiment and global workforce trends, leveraging the company’s extensive experience in employee listening and data collection.
Perceptyx stated that the CWT will deliver research-based guidance to help organizations address key business priorities such as employee engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness. “Over the last two decades, Perceptyx has enabled enterprises across industries to implement and demonstrate real change,” said John Borland, CEO of Perceptyx. He noted that the CWT will provide “timely insights that companies can use to drive organization-wide change to transform their workplaces.”
One of the Centre’s primary roles will be to produce and share research on evolving workforce trends. Perceptyx has previously conducted studies on topics like workplace loneliness and conflict resolution, and upcoming research will explore what constitutes a meaningful career across different generations. This research will cover factors such as career satisfaction and intent to remain with an employer.
Leading the initiative is Emily Killham, Senior Director and Head of the Center for Workforce Transformation. According to Killham, the CWT will focus on helping businesses make evidence-based decisions that enhance the employee experience. “The Center for Workforce Transformation is dedicated to creating better workplaces through data-driven insights,” Killham said. “We provide leaders with the research and data they need to take action at the right time to transform their EX to build a thriving workforce.”
The CWT will undertake several initiatives, including panel research that draws on responses from approximately 100,000 workers across North America and Europe. This research aims to provide a continuous flow of data on workplace issues influenced by current cultural and societal trends. Additionally, the CWT will publish guidebooks aligned with common business priorities, offering practical advice for organizations looking to optimize their employee experience.
Perceptyx also announced the launch of industry-focused consortia through the CWT, starting with a consortium dedicated to the healthcare sector. This group will work collaboratively to address unique challenges facing healthcare workers, a sector frequently characterized by high stress and rapidly changing conditions.
As part of its outreach, Perceptyx will host events, including webinars, to disseminate the latest research findings and provide platforms for discussions on employee experience. The CWT also maintains a global employee experience benchmark, drawing on data from over 20 million workers across more than 500 organizations, allowing enterprises to measure their performance against industry standards.
Perceptyx serves over 600 global enterprises, including one-third of the Fortune 100. The company’s approach combines employee listening with AI-driven analytics, which it says allows for more precise recommendations and a stronger connection between employee insights and business actions.
