Orion Innovation has named Garima Singh as its Chief People Officer, tasking her with leading the company’s global human resources strategy as it continues its international expansion. Singh brings more than two decades of experience in HR and business operations, including 15 years at Persistent Systems, where she held senior leadership roles.
In her new role, Singh will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement initiatives at Orion, which provides digital transformation and product development services. Her appointment is part of CEO Brian Bronson’s broader plan to enhance the company’s leadership and capabilities.
“Garima brings exceptional leadership skills and deep expertise in scaling global technology organizations,” said Bronson. “Her track record in implementing organizational compensation plans and tools that drive profitable growth will be instrumental as we move forward.”
Singh’s tenure at Persistent Systems included responsibilities as North America HR Head and Global Sales HR Leader, where she played a key role in recruitment and compensation strategies that supported the company’s growth. She also served as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces, a role that she said shaped her leadership style and commitment to teamwork.
“What drew me to Orion was its commitment to fostering technological and human capital excellence,” Singh said. “I look forward to implementing people strategies to enhance our collaborative culture while supporting Orion’s continued global growth.”
Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and advanced HR qualifications from the XLRI School of Management in India.
