The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan has named Ashlee Langlois as its new CEO and Registrar, effective immediately.
Langlois, who has been with CPHR Saskatchewan since 2006, brings extensive experience in various aspects of human resources, including organizational development, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She previously served as the Executive Manager of Human Resources at Farm Credit Canada (FCC), where she provided strategic and operational leadership to the HR division. Her career also includes a stint as a consultant for a global HR consulting firm specializing in employee engagement.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Langlois is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the MacKenzie Art Gallery and has been involved with the Regina Work Preparation Centre, YWCA Regina, and Eden Care Communities Foundation. Langlois has also contributed to CPHR Saskatchewan through her roles on the Mentorship and Professional Development Committees.
Langlois holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Regina. She earned her Master’s in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in 2019. Langlois is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and recently attained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
The CPHR Saskatchewan Board of Directors expressed confidence in Langlois’s ability to lead the organization, citing her extensive experience and dedication to the HR profession via a LinkedIn post. They believe her leadership will help advance the HR field in Saskatchewan while maintaining public trust and professional standards.
