Axonify, a company specializing in frontline employee training and communications, has entered into a partnership with Workday, Inc., a provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions. The collaboration aims to improve engagement and learning for frontline workers by integrating Axonify’s microlearning platform with Workday’s HCM tools.

The partnership will allow organizations using Workday HCM to deliver targeted training and communications directly to their frontline employees through Axonify’s platform. This integration is expected to provide employees with the necessary knowledge and resources within their daily workflow, while also offering businesses actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

“Partnering with Workday will allow us to bring our high engagement rates and effective frontline training solutions to a broader audience,” said Carol Leaman, CEO of Axonify. Leaman emphasized that the collaboration is designed to help organizations achieve greater employee engagement and operational efficiency by integrating Axonify’s frontline-focused solutions with Workday’s established HCM system.

Workday HCM is known for helping organizations make quicker decisions, gain visibility into operations, and prepare for shifts in workforce needs. The integration with Axonify is expected to further these capabilities by providing continuous training and information to frontline employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles.

Axonify, headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, provides a learning and enablement platform used by major companies such as Walmart, Kroger, and Foot Locker. The platform is currently utilized by over 3.7 million users across more than 160 countries.
