CoachHub, a digital coaching platform, has launched its AI Coaching Companion, an innovative tool designed to support employees between coaching sessions. This feature is integrated into the CoachHub app on Microsoft Teams, enabling continuous access for users.

The AI Coaching Companion offers several key features:

  • Guidance on Concrete Situations: It provides a secure space for ongoing learning and problem-solving.
  • Role Playing: Users can practice critical communication skills, such as handling difficult conversations and giving peer feedback.
  • Personalized Learning Recommendations: The tool suggests content tailored to users’ goals based on previous interactions.

“We harness AI to amplify the impact of our coaches and revolutionize coaching experiences. Our platform merges synchronous coaching with asynchronous personalized learning and an AI Coaching Companion, enhancing not just the scalability and security but also the effectiveness of our coaching, thereby driving transformative development and well-being,” said Torben Mottes, CPO at CoachHub.

According to CoachHub’s AI in Coaching Survey, 77% of HR leaders believe AI can enhance professional development at all organizational levels. LinkedIn’s 2024 Workplace Learning Report supports this, indicating that 90% of global executives plan to maintain or increase their investment in learning and development.

“We’re doing something unprecedented in the world of coaching,” said Pedro Cabrera, SVP of Data and AI. “Using the latest generation of AI technology, CoachHub is bringing a new and improved user experience, embedded in our clients’ ecosystems. This journey focuses on personalized experiences that combine the clients’ goals with the end-users’ expectations.”

The AI Coaching Companion, currently available in English, French, and German, will support additional languages in the future. It is designed to mimic thoughtful human responses, ensuring accurate and empathetic communication.

Matti Niebelschuetz, CEO and co-founder of CoachHub, emphasized the human-centered nature of coaching, stating, “Our AI tool extends the capabilities of coaches, offering tailored insights that enhance well-being and performance.”

CoachHub’s commitment to privacy and information security is reflected in its compliance with GDPR and CCPA, along with several certifications, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, and SOC 2.
