Hubexo, a global construction data and technology company, has chosen Dayforce to replace its scattered HR systems with a single platform that will serve more than 2,400 employees across 25 countries.

The selection comes as part of Hubexo’s broader digital transformation following its October 2024 restructuring, when the company unified several distinct businesses under one brand and streamlined its leadership team.

Hubexo will use Dayforce’s cloud-based platform for time and attendance tracking, reporting and analytics, compensation management, performance management, and the company’s AI assistant called Dayforce Co-Pilot.

Global workforce needs single platform

“Hubexo has come together as one global team over the past year, and now is the right time to invest in a people platform that can match our ambitions,” said Lindi Teate, Chief People Officer at Hubexo. “Dayforce is a truly global platform that offers ease of use for our colleagues and real-time data to improve decision making across the organisation.”

The implementation will cover Hubexo’s workforce across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. The company wanted a comprehensive solution to standardize its people processes and manage its growing team through a single cloud-based human capital management platform.

Addressing multi-jurisdictional compliance

For companies operating across multiple countries, managing compliance requirements presents ongoing challenges. Hubexo’s selection of Dayforce addresses these complexities while providing operational consistency across different regions.

“Global organisations face unique challenges, from managing a disparate workforce to remaining compliant across multiple jurisdictions. That’s why companies like Hubexo choose Dayforce to deliver operational resiliency and simplicity at scale,” said Nicole Bello, Group Vice President for EMEA at Dayforce.

Platform consolidation trend

The move reflects a broader trend among multinational companies seeking to consolidate their HR technology stack. Rather than managing separate systems for different functions and regions, organizations are increasingly turning to comprehensive platforms that can handle multiple HR functions from a single interface.

Dayforce, which trades on both the New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol DAY, positions itself as an AI-powered people platform that combines HR, payroll, time tracking, talent management, and analytics capabilities.

The implementation timeline and specific rollout phases were not disclosed in the announcement.
