Dayforce has introduced Dayforce Strategic Workforce Planning, an AI-enhanced tool designed to help organizations tackle complex workforce planning through real-time, data-driven insights.
The announcement was made at Dayforce Discover, the company’s flagship customer conference held in Las Vegas and livestreamed online.

The new solution aims to address challenges such as local legal requirements, global compliance complexities, skill shortages, and various company-specific labour considerations. Organizations often struggle with fragmented systems and manual processes, making it difficult for leaders to see the full picture of their business.
Dayforce Strategic Workforce Planning offers centralized real-time data, allowing access to accurate pay and employee information—including the supply and demand of worker skills, absence and overtime trends, and fluctuating labour demand. This data can be combined with third-party sources to provide a holistic view for analysis.
The tool also assists in reducing manual data compilation by automating processes and utilizing machine learning-enhanced demand forecasting. It features a conversational user interface for manipulating data and creating visual representations when modelling different scenarios.
Dayforce Strategic Workforce Planning will be available to customers in 2025.
