G-P, also known as Globalization Partners, has unveiled an AI-powered global onboarding feature within its employer of record products, aiming to streamline hiring processes for businesses worldwide.

This new technology is designed to facilitate a smooth and compliant onboarding experience from job offer to employment agreement, it said in a press release.

The new AI-powered system offers country-specific compliance insights in real-time, simplifying hiring workflows for both employers and employees. It leverages the Global Intelligence Assistant (GIA), introduced in 2023, to provide 24/7 support, ensuring that users remain compliant with global and local HR, tax, and legal regulations.

“With AI and our intelligent compliance technology, we have forever changed how companies will hire and onboard professionals worldwide,” said Nat Natarajan, chief product and strategy officer at G-P. “We’ve combined G-P’s extensive global expertise with the power of GIA to deliver greater efficiency and compliance, enabling companies to scale and build teams in more than 180 countries.”

The AI-powered onboarding system offers several features, including:

  • Employment contract creation and customization: Utilizes onboarding data and compliant templates to generate tailored employment contracts.
  • Employee profile updates: Allows employees to update professional profiles and enroll in payroll and benefits through self-service capabilities.
  • Benefits recommendations: Provides customized benefit package options based on competitive data and local information.
  • Compliance support: Offers country-specific guidance on job regulations, probationary periods, and other compliance topics.
  • Ease of use: Generates guided workflows to ensure fully compliant onboarding at each step.

G-P will showcase this new technology at the SHRM Annual Conference in Chicago from June 23-26 at booth #1241. Additionally, a session titled “AI at Work: Harnessing New AI Tech To Scale and Transform Your Workforce” will be held on June 24 at 11:15 a.m. CT, discussing the latest research on AI in HR and its practical applications in global business.

G-P has been a leader in the global employment industry since 2012, providing compliance and workforce solutions that help companies manage teams in over 180 countries.
