Axonify unveils frontline employee engagement suite at ATD 2024

Waterloo, Ont.-based Axonify has introduced its new Frontline Employee Engagement Suite, aimed at addressing employee engagement challenges and improving frontline productivity and performance.

Announced at the ATD 2024 conference, this suite is part of the Axonify Frontline Enablement Solution and focuses on helping workers feel competent, confident, and comfortable in their roles.

The release of this suite comes at a critical time, as a recent Gallup study revealed a decline in employee engagement. Only 32% of full- and part-time employees reported feeling engaged at work in the latest survey, down from 34% in 2021 and 36% in 2020. In response, 85% of frontline corporate leaders plan to retain or increase their investment in employee engagement.

  • Leadership Communications: Critical communications from leadership and managers can be delivered instantly to the entire workforce.
  • Two-Way Communications: The suite promotes engagement and community through two-way communication, ensuring employees feel heard by headquarters, leaders, and each other.
  • Tactical Campaigns: Targeted communications can be organized into time-specific campaigns that are easily accessible by all employees.
