Robert Half, a global talent solutions and business consulting firm, has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Workplaces for Giving Back in 2024 by Great Place to Work. The recognition is based on employee feedback and certification by the workplace culture authority.

To qualify for the award, organizations must employ at least 100 people and hold certification from Great Place to Work. At least 90 per cent of employees must express satisfaction with how their company contributes to the community.

David King, Senior Managing Director of Robert Half Canada and South America, said the company is proud of its workforce’s dedication to supporting both the business and the broader community.

“This award highlights our commitment to giving back and making a meaningful contribution to the people around us and the places in which we live,” he said.

Robert Half employees have participated in a variety of charitable initiatives over the past year, including volunteering at food banks, charity walks, golf tournaments, food and toy drives, and school backpack filling efforts. The company also supports national charitable organizations such as the United Way, Enactus, Ronald McDonald House, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Indspire, and the Canadian Red Cross.

The 2024 recognition for giving back follows other recent accolades for Robert Half, including being named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Professional Services and earning a spot on Fortune’s list of the World’s Most Admired Companies for the 27th year.

Robert Half continues to highlight its efforts to engage with local communities and contribute to various social causes across Canada.
