SureWerx expands safety portfolio with acquisition of FALL SAFE

SureWerx, a global provider of safety, tool, and equipment products, has acquired FALL SAFE, a company specializing in fall protection equipment and systems based in Porto, Portugal. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

FALL SAFE, recognized as an innovator in the fall protection sector since 2003, designs and manufactures a range of safety products, including harnesses, self-retracting lifelines, descenders, belts, anchors, ropes, and lifelines. The company also operates FALL SAFE TRAINING, a certified facility for training workers at heights.

“Adding FALL SAFE to our portfolio moves us closer to becoming a global leader in safety and productivity,” said Chris Baby, CEO of SureWerx. “Their expertise in the fall protection market complements our mission to enhance worker safety globally.”
