WorkForce Software has been awarded a Bronze Stevie Award for Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year, recognized in the 2024 International Business Awards. The accolade, announced on October 3, honours the company’s contributions to workforce management solutions, specifically in the category for organizations with up to 2,500 employees.

The International Business Awards, now in their 21st year, received more than 3,600 nominations from over 60 countries. Winners were selected by more than 300 executive judges worldwide. The winners will be celebrated at a ceremony in Istanbul, Türkiye, on October 11.

WorkForce Software, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, was recognized for its WorkForce Suite, a workforce management solution designed to help large employers manage global workforces and enhance employee experiences. Sandra Moran, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, highlighted the significance of the award in a statement.

“This award reflects our team’s unwavering dedication to innovation, which is crucial in delivering solutions that meet the requirements of large employers,” said Moran. “By continually pushing boundaries, we empower our global customers to stay ahead in the changing world of work.”

The company’s workforce management platform has been noted for its adaptability to unique pay rules, labour regulations, and schedules, as well as its focus on employee engagement. The company has also earned recognition from industry analyst groups, including Nucleus Research, which ranked WorkForce Software as a leader in its 2024 Workforce Management Technology Value Matrix.

Maggie Miller, president of the Stevie Awards, praised this year’s competition, stating that the awards have become a benchmark for excellence in workplace performance. “The winners have demonstrated that their organizations have set and achieved lofty goals. We congratulate them on their recognized achievements,” Miller said.

WorkForce Software has accumulated multiple honours in 2024, including recognition as a Top Workforce Management Brand by DHRmap and a Top 25 HR Software Company by The Software Report. The company’s focus on employee experience and innovation has also earned it awards from the UK National Innovation Awards and TalentCulture.

WorkForce Software’s executives have also been recognized individually, with Moran and Nicole Neumarker, the company’s Chief Technology Officer, receiving Stevie Awards in the American Business Awards and Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards earlier this year.
