Unifor, Ontario Northland teach tentative agreement

Unifor Local 103 has announced a tentative agreement with Ontario Northland. The union, representing a diverse group of employees at various locations throughout Northern Ontario, has been in negotiations aiming to secure an agreement that adequately reflects the value of its members.

Jeremy Rodgers, President of Unifor Local 103, expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of the negotiations, stating, “Entering negotiations, we had one goal in mind: to negotiate an agreement that shows the true value of our members, and we believe this tentative agreement does exactly that.” He also highlighted the crucial role of union members’ solidarity and support in reaching this agreement.
