Lantheus appoints Jamie Spaeth as chief people officer

Lantheus Holdings, Inc. has announced the addition of Jamie Spaeth to its executive team, naming her as the new Chief People Officer. Spaeth, who brings nearly two decades of human resources experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, joins the company as it aims to enhance its workforce capabilities.

“Jamie’s proven leadership and expertise will foster a collaborative, high-performing culture where employees feel included and connected to our purpose and values,” said Dan Niedzwiecki, Chief Administrative Officer at Lantheus. He emphasized the critical role of the company’s workforce in driving its success.

Spaeth expressed enthusiasm about her new role, stating, “I’m thrilled to join this purpose-driven organization and to elevate its already-strong culture focused on delivering better patient outcomes. I look forward to working closely with the executive team and everyone at Lantheus to engage, attract, and develop the talent we need to advance the company’s strategy.”

Before joining Lantheus, Spaeth served as Chief People Officer at Corium, where she was involved in the development and commercialization of neuroscience therapies. Her prior roles include significant HR positions at Sage Therapeutics and a 12-year tenure at Shire, where she held various roles of increasing responsibility.

In addition to her professional experience, Spaeth serves as an advisor to the Kristine Pettoni Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting women in their efforts to rejoin the workforce and attain financial stability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University.
