Veritas Solutions has announced the addition of Molly McCully to its team, bringing nearly two decades of experience in managing workplace issues and fostering compliant and high-performance cultures.
McCully has worked extensively within large, complex organizations, where she has developed specialized expertise in healthcare, employee and labour relations, as well as medical and academic affairs. Her career has included conducting workplace reviews under various governance structures and developing strategies for HR risk mitigation.
“Molly’s experience integrating processes across multiple frameworks and her ability to guide organizations through complex issues such as conflict, misconduct, discrimination, and harassment will be invaluable to our clients,” said Bob Stenhouse, CEO and founder of Veritas Solutions.
In addition to her HR experience, McCully is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds qualifications in Conflict Resolution, Discrimination and Harassment Investigation, Trauma-Informed Leadership, and Workplace Mental Health.
