Robert Half Canada has been recognized as one of Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women in 2024, an accolade that speaks to the company’s efforts to support women’s advancement in the workplace, according to the company.
The list, compiled from insights by more than 100,000 women across 37 countries, ranks companies based on employees’ perceptions regarding gender equity, public sentiment about gender-related issues, and the representation of women in leadership. Forbes evaluated each organization on these criteria to identify firms that, according to survey data, support women in achieving long-term professional success.
“This recognition underscores our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where women can thrive,” said M. Keith Waddell, president and CEO of Robert Half. He added that the company aims to build a “culture of belonging” through benefits and programs aimed at empowering female employees professionally and personally.
Among Robert Half’s initiatives is its Global Women’s Employee Network (GWEN), which provides networking and development opportunities for women across its offices worldwide.
