Syntax Systems, a global provider of cloud technology solutions, announced Thursday that it has achieved the Great Place To Work Certification, receiving recognition across all 10 countries where it operates. The certification, determined solely by employee feedback, reflects an overall satisfaction rate of 90% among Syntax’s workforce worldwide.
Employees across Canada, the United States, Mexico, France, Spain, Germany, Slovakia, Morocco, South Africa, and India reported a strong sense of trust and inclusivity at Syntax, according to the survey administered by Great Place To Work, an organization specializing in workplace culture assessments.
Syntax’s Chief People Officer, Dessalen Wood, said the certification is a reflection of the company’s internal culture.
“We take great pride that this recognition is generated by our own people and the experience they feel they’ve had here,” Wood stated. “Our success as a company depends on our people, and these results reflect the efforts of every Syntax employee to build a trusting, inclusive, and truly great workplace.”
The Great Place To Work Certification is based on employees’ direct responses to questions about workplace culture, trust, and overall job satisfaction, and it serves as an internationally recognized benchmark. Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, noted that the certification underscores a company’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Syntax stands out as one of the top companies to work for,” she said.
Syntax highlighted initiatives such as its Global Flex program, which allows employees to work up to four months at a time from any Syntax location worldwide, as key to achieving high satisfaction scores. Other programs cited include the company’s focus on talent development, a nonhierarchical management approach, and complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning for its employees. Syntax also prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, further supporting a workplace culture that values employee voices at all levels.
