Salary.com will showcase its compensation software and analytics solutions at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition this week, aiming to demonstrate how employers can leverage real-time data to address pay equity and workforce planning.
The company, which provides compensation market data, software, and analytics to more than 30,000 organizations globally, plans to highlight its latest offering, SalaryIQ™. This solution uses publicly available job posting data to offer insights on trends and staffing needs.
The platform, drawing from over 10 billion data points across 225 industries, helps manage the entire compensation process, including pay equity analysis, job description development, and employee upskilling.

The company will also host two educational sessions at the conference. On September 25, Vice President of Solutions Consulting Katie Stukowski will lead a session on conducting pay equity audits, guiding attendees through project management and addressing compensation practices. On September 24, employment attorney Heather Bussing will discuss the role of pay equity in workplace fairness at the Women in HR Technology Summit.
