Venterra Realty has been named one of the Best Workplaces in Canada for the fourth consecutive year, securing the ninth position in the 100-999 employee category.
The recognition comes from Great Place to Work’s annual workplace study, which surveys employees across multiple countries to evaluate workplace culture and employee experience.
“To be recognized for a fourth year in a row as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada is more than an accolade – it’s a tribute to the incredible colleagues who bring our culture to life every day,” said John Foresi, CEO of Venterra.
The ranking is determined exclusively through employee feedback collected via the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey, which measures trust in leadership, colleague relationships, and company loyalty.
Culture of care drives recognition
The company’s placement on the list reflects consistent workplace quality across all teams and positions within the organization’s Canadian operations.
“This recognition reinforces our belief that when people feel valued and supported, exceptional things can happen. Our Culture of Care isn’t just a principle– it’s the way we work, connect, and thrive together,” said Andrew Stewart, Venterra Chairman.
The study incorporated feedback from over 640,000 Canadian workers, providing a comprehensive view of organizational culture across the country.
