Workleap, a Canadian software company, has introduced a suite of new features aimed at simplifying performance management and employee engagement for HR leaders navigating hybrid and remote work environments.
The updates, part of Workleap’s fall platform release, include a new performance management tool, enhanced visualization features, and AI-assisted content creation capabilities. Simon De Baene, Workleap’s co-founder and CEO, said the platform’s goal is to “make work simpler” for HR professionals by integrating tools that support employee growth and business alignment.
“Hybrid work has completely reshaped the role of HR. It’s no longer just about managing employees—it’s about building the right frameworks, fostering authentic connections, and leveraging tools that drive meaningful outcomes,” De Baene said.
The platform’s updates include:
- Workleap Performance, a performance management tool that centralizes feedback, team alignment, and progress tracking.
- Integration of Workleap Pingboard, an org-chart and company visualization solution, expected to roll out by year-end.
- AI-powered tools to streamline onboarding, create custom surveys, and enhance learning workflows.
The new features aim to give HR professionals a consolidated system for managing employee engagement, driving performance, and developing talent. De Baene said these innovations are designed to help HR leaders stay ahead as workplaces continue to evolve.
The Montréal-based company says it supports over 20,000 organizations in more than 100 countries with its employee experience platform. Workleap markets itself as an add-on to existing HR systems, enabling companies to create agile and employee-centric environments.
