WTW has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant aimed at helping midsize businesses streamline human resources, compensation, and benefits tasks, the company announced Tuesday.
The AI tool, called Expert, is designed to assist HR professionals with researching compensation trends, navigating regulatory compliance, drafting employee communications, and managing policy documents. It provides access to WTW’s database of U.S. federal and state HR, benefits, and insurance legislation, along with the company’s research and best practices.
Julie Gebauer, president of health, wealth and career at WTW, said the tool is intended to help HR teams facing increasing workloads and limited resources. “Generative AI is ideally suited to help benefits, compensation and HR teams save time and access proprietary information,” Gebauer said.
According to WTW, Expert includes a secure library where organizations can store and search for policy documents, benefit plans, and other internal materials. The company said the AI assistant was tested by clients before launch and received positive feedback.
WTW, a global advisory and broking firm, provides data-driven solutions across multiple industries. The company said Expert is now available for U.S. businesses but did not specify plans for expansion into other markets.
