HealthPRO Canada has been named a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year, based on direct employee feedback that reflects a high-trust workplace culture.

The Oakville-based group contracting provider for healthcare achieved 100 per cent participation in the survey conducted by Great Place to Work, which assesses employee experiences and organizational culture.

Christine Donaldson, president and CEO of HealthPRO Canada, said the certification reflects the organization’s ongoing efforts to maintain an engaging and supportive work environment.

“Our employees are the cornerstone of our success,” she said. “Their unwavering commitment and collaboration fuel our efforts to transform the healthcare supply chain and deliver better patient outcomes.”

Donaldson said creating a strong workplace culture also benefits HealthPRO’s clients, which include more than 2,000 healthcare facilities across the country. “When our employees feel valued and empowered, they bring their best every day in supporting our customers,” she said.

The certification comes at a time when data increasingly highlights the link between high employee engagement and positive business outcomes, including stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and improved customer satisfaction.

HealthPRO Canada has operated in Canada’s healthcare supply chain for more than 25 years, managing contracts for supplies, equipment, and medications. The organization facilitates procurement processes for healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of quality care.

The Great Place to Work certification is globally recognized, with more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries applying for the designation annually.
