VidCruiter has formed a technology partnership with UKG to enhance recruitment automation within the UKG Pro suite, the New Brunswick-based video interviewing solutions provider announced Wednesday.

The partnership integrates VidCruiter’s recruitment tools with UKG’s human capital management platform, allowing joint customers to access features including on-demand video interviews, automated scheduling, skill testing and digital reference checks without leaving the UKG environment.

“This integration empowers organizations to streamline their recruitment processes, enhance candidate engagement, and make data-driven hiring decisions,” said JF Poirier, head of strategic partnerships at VidCruiter.

The collaboration aims to reduce time-to-hire while improving the candidate experience, according to the Moncton company.

Mike May, vice president of technology partnerships at UKG, said the partnership supports UKG’s goal of improving workplace experiences.

“Partners like VidCruiter allow us to extend our capabilities and deliver technology that elevates the workplace experience, and meet the needs of people throughout their life-work journey,” said May.

UKG’s solutions operate on its FleX platform, which uses API frameworks to connect existing IT systems with new applications. The company maintains partnerships with more than 375 technology and service providers in the human capital management industry.

VidCruiter provides video interviewing and recruitment software to companies worldwide, offering automated applicant screening and structured interview tools.
