Horizons, a global Employer of Record provider, has rebranded as Remote People and expanded its service offerings beyond payroll and compliance to include recruitment and entity incorporation support across more than 150 countries.
The New York-based company now provides end-to-end global hiring services, handling recruitment, compliant employment, contractor management, and incorporation advisory for businesses expanding internationally.
“We’re not just an EOR anymore,” said Antoine Boquen, CEO of Remote People. “We take care of the full hiring and expansion experience, from recruitment to compliant hiring, to incorporation.”
Service expansion
Remote People now offers Employer of Record services alongside in-house recruitment, contractor management, U.S. Professional Employer Organization services, global mobility support, and entity incorporation advisory.
The company has been profitable since 2020 and has focused on compliance infrastructure and customer support rather than venture capital-backed growth, according to Boquen.
Performance metrics
Remote People serves more than 3,000 companies across 150-plus countries. The company reports a 97 per cent annual customer retention rate and holds the top ranking on G2 for ease of use, support quality, and meeting requirements.
Customer transition
Existing Horizons customers will see no changes to their contracts, services, or account relationships. The new branding will appear across the platform, communications, and invoicing in the coming weeks.
The Remote People brand launched today at remotepeople.com.
