Avetta, a company specializing in supply chain risk management software, has appointed Brandon Grinwis as its new Chief Financial Officer. Grinwis, who has extensive experience in the finance sector, will oversee the financial strategy as the company navigates its next phase of growth, according to Avetta’s announcement on Monday.

Grinwis will report directly to CEO Arshad Matin, who expressed confidence in the new CFO’s leadership. “We are thrilled to welcome Brandon as the CFO of Avetta,” said Matin. “Brandon is a proven leader who will oversee our finance team during an important time for Avetta in our ongoing growth and innovation journey.”

Grinwis comes to Avetta with over two decades of experience in finance and accounting, having held senior roles in management consulting, private equity, and publicly traded companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Customer Operations at Insurity. His background also includes leadership positions at Ascentis, which was acquired by UKG, and Code42, where he led finance and business operations.

In a statement, Grinwis said he is eager to join the team at Avetta and contribute to its growth strategy. “There is a tremendous opportunity to scale the business and make an even greater impact on the industry,” he said. “I look forward to bringing my experience to advance the company’s mission and deliver value to suppliers and clients globally.”

Grinwis holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Ohio University. His background in technology and operational growth positions him as a strategic addition to Avetta, which serves industries including construction, energy, high tech, and manufacturing.

Avetta, headquartered in both Utah and Texas, provides software-as-a-service solutions that help clients manage supply chain risks and qualify suppliers. The company’s network aims to improve safety, sustainability, and worker competency across various sectors globally.
