Waterstone Human Capital has named five chief people and culture officers as winners of its 2025 Canada’s Most Admired CPCO awards, recognizing HR leaders who have built high-performance workplace cultures.

Mark L. Razzolini of Alberta Blue Cross won the enterprise category award. Karen Scott of Softchoice received the mid-market honor, while Jamie Murphy of Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc. took the growth category award.

Melanie Scheepers of Coconut Software won in the emerging category. Jordan Crouch of DASCH was named winner in the non-profit category.

“These awards recognize the very best in high performance corporate culture — those leaders and organizations that have built and nurtured performance-driven cultures and that are at the forefront of culture best practices,” said Marty Parker, president and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital and chair of the Canada’s Most Admired program.

CEO and corporate culture winners

The program also recognized six CEOs and 58 organizations for their workplace culture practices. John Bianchini of Hatch won the enterprise CEO award, while Pamela Lee of Mr. Lube + Tires took the mid-market award.

Dr. Ronald Cohn of The Hospital for Sick Children was named winner in the non-profit and broader public sector CEO category. Jay-Ann Gilfoy of Meridian Credit Union received the social purpose innovator award.

The corporate culture awards honored 58 organizations across five categories based on company size and sector.
