G-P has joined Workday’s Built on Workday partner program to offer its AI-powered global employment services directly within the Workday platform, the Boston-based company announced Wednesday.
The partnership allows shared customers to hire employees in more than 180 countries through G-P’s Employer of Record services without leaving their Workday system. Companies can manage international hires’ demographic details, salary information and invoices through the integrated platform, according to G-P.
AI agent handles HR compliance questions
The integration includes G-P Gia, an AI-powered HR assistant that provides guidance on employment questions, creates contracts and handbooks, and analyzes compensation across 50 countries and 50 U.S. states, the company said.
“G-P Gia will transform how organizations build and manage global teams, removing friction and making global employment faster, smarter and more compliant,” said Lori McNally, senior vice president of partners at G-P.
G-P Gia stays current with global compliance standards and combines the company’s decade of HR expertise with AI technology, according to the announcement.
Developer platform enables seamless data flow
G-P’s Developer Platform powers the Workday integration by synchronizing workforce data across systems and automating employee information flow. This reduces manual tasks and minimizes errors for HR and finance teams, the company said.
“The G-P Developer Platform is holistic with product APIs, embeddable widgets and developer tools that allow our customers and partners to integrate and extend seamlessly,” said GK Konduri, senior vice president and head of product at G-P.
The platform runs on serverless, event-driven technology with AI capabilities that provide flexibility for global workforce management, according to G-P.
Marketplace availability coming soon
Built on Workday enables partners to build and deploy applications directly on Workday’s platform and distribute them through Workday Marketplace to thousands of customers.
G-P’s Employer of Record services and G-P Gia will be available soon in the Workday Marketplace, the company said. G-P describes itself as a leader in global employment that supports teams in more than 180 countries.
