Guild of Marine Commerce and Service aux pilotes Océan Québec finalize four-year collective agreement covering pilot boat captains

The deal runs from Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2028, and includes wage increases rising from $32.28 to $36.14 per hour, along with improvements to pension contributions and scheduling provisions.
