Eximius, an AI-powered recruitment platform, launched Nov. 17 with tools designed to automate candidate screening and evaluation for recruiters and employers.
The Princeton, N.J.-based company says its platform can process thousands of applications simultaneously and identify qualified candidates within 24 hours. In one example, the company says a client received 230 applications for a customer success manager role, with 58 qualified candidates identified within a day.
“Hiring today is fragmented – slowed by manual screening, siloed tools, and inconsistent evaluations,” said Andy Gaur, founder of Eximius. “Eximius changes that by offering a unified, intelligent hiring ecosystem that automates sourcing, screening, evaluation, and communication. With up to a 90% reduction in sourcing time, Eximius gives hiring professionals the speed, precision, and clarity they’ve always needed.”
Two product versions
The platform offers two versions. Eximius for Independent Recruiters operates on a pay-as-you-go model with non-expiring credits. Eximius for Businesses provides shared credit pools and subscription plans for larger teams.
The platform uses chat and voice-based AI screening to conduct automated interviews immediately after candidates apply, according to the company.
Future expansion planned
Eximius says it will expand by the first quarter of 2026 into what it calls a “hire to retire” system. The planned features include onboarding, skill gap analysis, training, performance management and career development tools.
The company also plans to offer the platform in multiple languages.
The platform handles hiring for full-time, contract, blue-collar and white-collar positions across industries and locations, according to Eximius.
