Pivotal Growth Inc. has launched an AI-enabled leadership diagnostic platform aimed at helping employers modernize how they assess and develop leadership talent in today’s evolving workplace.

The Halifax-based firm, which specializes in leadership intelligence, says its new automation engine delivers real-time, data-driven insights that are faster and more actionable than traditional assessments. It was developed in partnership with Knorket and VMG Strategic Technology.

“Leadership insights should do more than diagnose; they should drive decisions and results,” said Lisa W. Haydon, founder and CEO of Pivotal Growth. “We’ve made leadership insights usable across the talent lifecycle and diverse workforce, so every people decision is clearer, faster and more aligned with the realities of modern leadership.”

Shift from manual to real-time diagnostics

The platform replaces legacy assessments—often reliant on static, 30-page reports—with an automated system that provides dynamic diagnostics across hiring, development and team performance. The solution supports Pivotal Growth’s full suite of leadership diagnostics, including 360s, wellness evaluations, sales insights and team health checks.

Key features include real-time dashboards, automated report generation, and AI agents that translate assessment data into tailored intelligence to support performance and workforce planning.

Sheneen Jit, project manager with Just In Time Consulting and Pivotal Growth, said the collaboration with Knorket and VMG created a “technology backbone” that brings leadership insights to life at scale.

Focus on relational intelligence

The platform is grounded in a coaching-based methodology and emphasizes relational intelligence—often called soft skills—including communication, adaptability, influence and connection. The company said these traits are essential to navigating the complexity and diversity of modern teams.

Along with AI-generated reports and performance dashboards, the system integrates securely into organizational workflows through a delivery architecture developed by VMG. It also supports bilingual diagnostics and is adaptable to different leadership models.

Expanding diagnostic capabilities

The move marks a broader evolution for Pivotal Growth, which plans to expand its diagnostic platform, grow its network of coach-consultants, and help employers align leadership strategy with business outcomes.

“As workforce expectations shift and business demands intensify, we will continue to deliver insights that enable organizations to lead with clarity, confidence, agility and measurable impact,” the company said in a release.
