Twelve senior human resources professionals from across Canada have been awarded the Fellow Chartered Professional in Human Resources (FCPHR) designation, one of the highest honours granted by CPHR Canada.

The recipients were selected following a national review process led by the organization’s Fellowship Committee, which includes members who already hold the FCPHR title. The distinction recognizes outstanding leadership and contributions to the HR field.

To qualify, nominees must show leadership in at least three of five core areas identified by CPHR Canada. They must also demonstrate adherence to the organization’s code of conduct—which includes fairness, justice, dignity, respect, and integrity—and follow the relevant provincial and national regulations governing the profession.

Recognizing influence and commitment

Anthony Ariganello, CEO of CPHR Canada, said the FCPHR designation acknowledges HR professionals whose work has a broad and lasting impact on the field.

“The FCPHR designation represents the significant contributions of our CPHR members who work tirelessly to help elevate the awareness and understanding of the impact HR has on an organization’s business goals and growth,” said Ariganello. “Their dedication to advancing the HR profession and championing best practices serves as an inspiration to their peers and future generations of HR leaders.”
