The Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia will move its head office to 137 Venture Run in Dartmouth on Nov. 17, 2025. The organization’s Cape Breton office will remain at its current location.
The relocation reflects a shift in how workers and employers access WCB services, according to the organization. More clients now connect virtually rather than visiting offices in person, reducing the need for a large downtown location.
The new facility is move-in ready and will maintain service continuity during the transition.
New location offers highway and transit access
The Venture Run site provides direct access to major highways and public transit routes. The building includes free parking for visitors and staff.
WCB Nova Scotia said the location will help clients avoid downtown traffic and parking challenges.
Technology upgrades support remote service delivery
The new office includes upgraded technology to support virtual service delivery for workers and employers across the province.
The organization said the move represents more efficient use of resources while maintaining its focus on worker protection and return-to-work support.
As of Nov. 17, 2025, correspondence and deliveries should be sent to: WCB Nova Scotia, 200-137 Venture Run, Dartmouth, N.S., B3B 0L9.
