Recruiting software company iCIMS has launched new artificial intelligence features designed to help hiring teams create candidate searches, write job content and translate career sites more quickly.

The Holmdel, New Jersey-based company announced its summer software release Tuesday, introducing three AI assistants that respond to customer requests for faster recruiting tools while maintaining human oversight of the final results.

The new tools allow talent acquisition teams to generate candidate searches, search engine optimized content and multilingual career site experiences in seconds, according to the company.

New AI features target common recruiting challenges

The candidate search AI assistant lets recruiters describe their ideal candidate in everyday language and converts that description into a detailed candidate search within the iCIMS CXM platform. The company says this was one of the most requested features from customers.

An SEO AI assistant automatically creates optimized page titles and meta descriptions for career site pages without requiring SEO expertise from users. A translation AI assistant can translate and publish entire career site pages in multiple languages while keeping the company’s brand voice intact.

“Hiring teams need AI that understands how they work, the challenges they face and the language they speak,” said Eric Connors, chief product officer at iCIMS. “Our latest AI capabilities help teams move faster without sacrificing quality. We’re proud to deliver new innovations that are built to meet teams where they are and help them work smarter at every stage of the sourcing and hiring journey.”

Platform improvements focus on usability

The summer release also includes updates to the iCIMS applicant tracking system aimed at improving speed and ease of use. Recruiters can now schedule interviews more easily, collect feedback more efficiently and view key information like resumes, job descriptions and onboarding status directly within an updated profile interface.

These changes are part of ongoing efforts to create a faster and more modern interface for recruiting teams, the company said.

Job site network expands

The release expands the iCIMS Apply Network to include three new job sites: Dalia, JobTarget and Nexxt. The network already works with major job sites and aggregators including Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.

The network helps talent acquisition teams manage application processes across multiple websites and reduce the number of candidates who abandon applications partway through. Earlier this month, iCIMS announced that more than one million applicants have submitted applications through the network.
