iCIMS has been recognized as “AI-based Human Resources Solution of the Year” at the 2025 AI Breakthrough Awards, marking its second consecutive win, the company said.
The New Jersey-based talent acquisition software firm said the award highlights its use of artificial intelligence to streamline recruitment and hiring processes for enterprise clients. The annual program, run by market intelligence group Tech Breakthrough, received more than 5,000 nominations from over 20 countries.
AI in recruiting
According to iCIMS, 22 per cent of HR leaders rank AI as their top priority in talent acquisition, though it is also their biggest challenge. The company said its AI is embedded across the entire talent experience without the need for integration, helping clients surface top applicants, identify high-quality candidates and suggest relevant roles to jobseekers.
iCIMS said customers using its AI Talent Explorer tool hire three times faster than those not using the technology.
Recent developments
The company said it recently became the first enterprise recruiting software provider to earn TrustArc’s TRUSTe Responsible AI Certification, which recognizes AI that is trustworthy, transparent, explainable and fair.
It was also named a Strategic Leader for the fourth year in a row by Fosway Group, a European HR analyst firm, for its AI innovation and product sophistication.
In July, iCIMS announced a new suite of AI “agents” aimed at speeding up the recruiting lifecycle, with the first expected to launch in the third quarter of 2025. Its Summer Release added features such as AI-enabled sourcing tools, SEO content creation and instant career site translation.
Award recognition
The AI Breakthrough Awards honour AI products and companies in areas including generative AI, robotics, computer vision and industry-specific applications. Managing director Steve Johansson said iCIMS “delivers a unified, end-to-end experience” for recruiters, helping them evaluate résumés, prescreen candidates and engage with jobseekers in real time.
