Montreal-based supply chain software company Tecsys Inc. has been named one of the 2025 Best Workplaces in Quebec by Great Place to Work, marking the second year in a row the company has received the recognition.
The designation is based on direct feedback from Quebec employees, according to the company. Tecsys achieved an 84 per cent Trust Index score, surpassing the 65 per cent certification threshold required for the honour.
Employee feedback drives recognition

Digital-first workplace model
The company operates a digital-first workplace model and maintains high employee retention and strong internal mobility, according to Tecsys.
Founded and headquartered in Montreal, Tecsys is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company provides supply chain management software to healthcare, distribution and retail sectors.
Global certification achieved
Tecsys earned Great Place to Work Certification across all regions where it operates this summer, marking the second consecutive year for the global recognition. The company reported that 92 per cent of employees worldwide rated it as a great place to work.
