Employers in New Brunswick must submit their annual payroll reports to WorkSafeNB by Feb. 28, 2026.

WorkSafeNB has mailed Form 100 – Employer Payroll Report (2025-2026) to employers, who can file using the Fast File system with their Employer Code and Access Pin. Employers can also submit through their MyServices account.

The workers’ compensation board is not accepting Form 100 submissions or payments at its office locations.

Required documents

Employers need several documents to complete their payroll reports. These include previous year’s financial records, T4 forms and T4 summaries, records of contracts and payments to individuals and companies, and information showing the number of workers employed during the previous year.

Employers also need records to estimate their current year’s assessable earnings.

Online filing features

The MyServices portal allows employers to file Form 100 with some information fields pre-populated. Users can view account balances, annual rates and assessment notices at any time.

The system also enables employers to monitor claims and costs in real time. Users can download claim information in Excel format to identify trends and manage prevention and return-to-work programs.

Employers can contact Assessment Services by calling 1-800-999-9775 (option 4) or emailing [email protected] for questions about filing.
