A2MAC1 names Beatriz Flores chief human resources officer

A2MAC1 has appointed Beatriz Flores as its new chief human resources officer, completing the executive leadership team at the global automotive benchmarking firm.

Flores steps into the role with more than two decades of HR experience in technology-focused companies across Europe, North America, and Latin America. She has led human resources strategies through organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, expansions, and spin-offs

Her background spans both startups and multinational firms, with a focus on fostering multicultural teams and building frameworks that support innovation and continuous development.

Flores holds degrees in psychology and innovation management, along with an executive MBA. She has also taught MBA-level courses and volunteered as a career advisor for underprivileged students.

She will report directly to CEO Patrick Katenkamp.

“Her extensive experience and proven track record in leading HR strategies across diverse markets will be invaluable as we continue to drive innovation and strengthen our global presence,” Katenkamp said in a statement.
