ADP has launched its WorkForce Suite across three of its human capital management platforms, giving organizations in more than 140 countries access to integrated time tracking, scheduling and analytics tools.
The workforce management solution is now available within ADP Workforce Now, ADP Lyric HCM and ADP Global Payroll. The integration follows ADP’s 2024 acquisition of WorkForce Software and targets companies with 150 or more employees.
“Clients now have the opportunity to offer millions of employees around the world a unified time, pay and HR experience with best-in-class workforce management tools at their fingertips,” said Sreeni Kutam, president of global product and innovation at ADP.
Core features and functions
The suite combines time and attendance tracking, employee scheduling, absence management and workforce analytics in a single platform. Organizations can access the tools through mobile devices, web browsers, phone systems and biometric clocks.
The system includes automated enforcement of collective bargaining agreements and labor rules. It also offers prebuilt templates for different countries to support local labor laws and policies.
Role-based dashboards provide managers with workforce data and predictive analytics. The platform supports multiple languages, currencies and time zones.
Scheduling and compliance tools
The scheduling function accounts for worker qualifications and fatigue limits. It can forecast labor needs based on business demand patterns.
The system automates pay rules, overtime calculations and leave management. For deskless and remote workers, it includes mobile access, real-time messaging and company announcements.
Data flows between the workforce management tools and ADP’s existing HR and payroll systems. According to the company, this removes manual data entry and reduces delays in processing.
Industry applications
The platform serves organizations in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, higher education and public sectors. ADP said the suite handles complex operational requirements in industries with strict regulatory standards.
More than 1.1 million clients across 140-plus countries use ADP’s services. The company is based in Roseland, N.J.
