AGF Management Limited has been named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2026, marking the second consecutive year the investment firm has received the recognition from Mediacorp Canada Inc.
The award evaluates employers on eight criteria including workplace environment, benefits, training and development, and community involvement. AGF, which manages more than $59 billion in assets, employs teams across North America and Europe with its headquarters in Toronto.
Employee programs and benefits
The company offers learning and development programs, competitive benefits packages, and workplace design focused on collaboration. AGF serves more than 815,000 investors through three business lines: AGF Investments, AGF Capital Partners and AGF Private Wealth.

Selection process
Greater Toronto’s Top Employers, now in its 20th year, is an editorial competition managed by Mediacorp Canada Inc. Editors review applicants on workplace policies and human resources programs across eight categories: workplace, work atmosphere and social programs, health and financial benefits, vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.
The competition is open to organizations headquartered or operating primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. Mediacorp publishes detailed reasons for each employer’s selection.
The Toronto-based publisher manages the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, which includes 19 regional and special-interest competitions that reach millions of Canadians annually through partnerships with publications including The Globe and Mail.
