A workforce technology company has built a set of artificial intelligence agents into the ServiceNow platform, allowing employers to make staffing and skills decisions directly inside software they already use.
Prismforce, an AI-powered talent management company, announced the integration on March 9. The agents handle tasks such as matching employees to open roles, forecasting workforce needs, and screening job candidates, all within ServiceNow’s existing dashboards.
The solution is available on the ServiceNow Store. Prismforce built the product as a ServiceNow Build Partner, meaning its applications are distributed through ServiceNow’s official marketplace.
How the system works
The agents sit inside three ServiceNow modules: HR Service Delivery, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. Employers do not need to move data outside ServiceNow or add new tools to use the features.
According to Prismforce, the system can continuously update employee skill profiles, match talent to project demand, flag employees whose assignments are ending and suggest new roles, and help screen and prepare job candidates. It also produces short-term workforce forecasts to help managers plan ahead.
The company says many enterprises still use workforce systems that store data but do not act on it. The new integration is intended to close that gap by letting AI agents take action in real time.
What the company says
“This partnership reflects a shared vision to help enterprises accelerate business transformation through real-time workforce execution,” said Somnath Chatterjee, founder and chief executive officer of Prismforce. “Prismforce’s expertise in agentic intelligence turns skills and demand into execution. Together with ServiceNow, we enable organizations to move beyond static workforce systems and embed intelligent decision-making directly into the workflows where work happens — at speed, with precision, and at scale. At its core, this collaboration is about enabling human-AI collaboration — helping enterprises build skill-first organizations ready for the future of work.”
