AuditBoard has appointed Paaras Parker as its chief human resources officer, tasking her with overseeing the company’s people team and workforce strategy during a period of rapid growth.
Parker brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in retail and technology companies. She joins from Greenhouse Software, where she served as chief people officer, and previously held the role of chief human resources officer at Paycor.
In her new role, Parker will work with the business to ensure employees align with company objectives. She will handle the people team and guide the organization’s workforce strategy.

Parker has experience growing people teams, building workplace culture, and guiding organizations through workplace changes, according to the company.

Company growth and leadership expansion
The appointment follows AuditBoard’s recent milestone of surpassing $300 million in annual recurring revenue. Parker joins as part of a series of executive appointments, including chief executive officer Raul Villar Jr., who previously served in the same role at Paycor, and chief growth officer Jim Sperduto, formerly president of small business, retirement and insurance services at ADP.
