Avature, a human capital management software provider, has earned two gold awards at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards for 2024, the company announced Thursday.

The London-based firm was recognized in the categories of Best Advance in Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) Technology and Best Advance in Onboarding Technology. The awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Group to honour innovation and measurable success in human resources technology.

Rachel Cooke, chief operating officer of Brandon Hall Group, said the awards highlight technological advancements reshaping the workplace. “The global diversity of our applicants reflects how technology is breaking down barriers and reshaping the future of work,” Cooke said.

The award for onboarding technology acknowledged Avature’s role in helping organizations such as Siemens, Epic, and Deloitte enhance the experience for new hires. According to Avature, its platform supports employees from the point of contract signing through training programs, aiming to improve preparedness and engagement.

The RPO technology award recognized the platform’s performance in supporting recruitment providers, including Alexander Mann Solutions and Kelly Services. Avature CEO Dimitri Boylan credited the company’s partnerships with RPO providers as a key factor in its success. “Their choice of Avature is a testament to the power and versatility of our platform,” Boylan said.

The awards are based on evaluations by independent industry experts and Brandon Hall analysts, who assess criteria such as measurable benefits, design, and creativity. Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke said the organization uses a “rigorous, multi-tiered evaluation process” to ensure the awards reflect excellence in innovation and impact.

Avature’s software platform is used by 110 Fortune 500 companies across 164 countries. The company, founded by Boylan, offers a range of services, including applicant tracking, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.

Brandon Hall Group, a U.S.-based research organization, recognizes organizations and technologies that improve business performance through its annual awards program.
