Axonify has won gold and silver in the 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards, recognized for its advancements in learning measurement and generative AI tools.

The Waterloo, Ont.-based frontline learning platform received a gold award in the category of “Best Advance in Learning Management Measurement/Business Impact Tools.” It also earned a silver award for “Best Advance in a Generative AI Solution” for its AI tool, Max, designed to help frontline workers access information on the job.

Carol Leaman, CEO and co-founder of Axonify, said the recognition reflects the company’s focus on business impact. “These awards represent our commitment to empowering the frontline workforce and creating innovative technology that’s tied to business impact,” Leaman said.

The Brandon Hall Group Awards evaluate organizations based on criteria such as program design, functionality, innovation, and measurable benefits. The panel includes industry experts and Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives.

Axonify said its frontline enablement platform uses microlearning and reinforcement techniques to improve knowledge retention. The company reported an 83% engagement rate across more than 4 million workers in 160 organizations.

Jamie Fernandes, chief product officer, said the awards validate Axonify’s approach. “Our vision is to be the essential platform for any frontline-focused business seeking to drive measurable business outcomes,” he said.

The company’s generative AI solution, Max, offers on-demand answers to job-related questions with support for 60 languages. Fernandes said Max allows workers to access information where they already learn and train, helping them stay compliant and improve customer service.

Rachel Cooke, chief operating officer of Brandon Hall Group, said the awards continue to highlight technological innovation in HR and learning. “The Excellence in Technology Awards showcase the best innovations in learning, talent management, HR, workforce management, and sales enablement technologies,” she said.
