Beeline has promoted Manfred Vogels to Vice President, EMEA Markets, joining the company’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This move is part of Beeline’s strategy to enhance regional growth and innovation, it said.

Vogels will lead Beeline’s strategic direction and operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He will work closely with the ELT and department leaders on go-to-market strategies, partnerships, product development, and engineering. Vogels’ focus will be on advancing technological solutions, including artificial intelligence, to improve business agility and competitiveness for Beeline’s EMEA clients.

“Manfred’s visionary leadership and profound expertise in navigating complex market dynamics make him the ideal person to spearhead our expansion and support Beeline’s unwavering commitment to the EMEA region as a pivotal market,” said Beeline CEO and President Doug Leeby.

Vogels has a long-standing career in the contingent workforce industry, beginning in 1997 as a regional manager for Manpower in the Netherlands. He joined IQN, which later merged with Beeline, after managing the contingent labour practice at a large international consultancy firm. Known for his commitment to high-quality customer service and strong commercial frameworks, he has earned respect in the industry as a relationship manager at Beeline.

“With a focus on leveraging advanced technology, including artificial intelligence, I am very excited about the opportunity to expand Beeline’s range of products and solutions to meet the optimized process needs of European businesses,” Vogels stated. “With access to these new Beeline technologies, European companies will be able to create the agile workforces they need to compete successfully with any company in the world.”

Vogels is also recognized as an industry speaker and thought leader, particularly in the European market. Over the past year, he has worked with European clients to refine Beeline’s technology, introducing an automated talent acquisition portal that has set new industry standards. His experience in politics, including participation in local Dutch municipal government, reflects his broader commitment to public service and community engagement.

Beeline has been a player in extended workforce management technology for over 20 years, offering businesses the tools to manage their contingent workforce.
