TORONTO — Blazesoft has jumped 19 positions to rank 15th on the 2025 Best Workplaces in Canada list, while also earning recognition as the country’s top company for workplace camaraderie.
The company, which provides services to entertainment platforms across North America, improved significantly from its 34th position in last year’s rankings compiled by Great Place to Work Canada.
“This acknowledgment underscores our ongoing devotion to cultivating workplace camaraderie,” said Mickey Blayvas, CEO of Blazesoft.
Employee feedback played a crucial role in the company’s recognition, with Blazesoft scoring 98% in multiple categories including integrity, camaraderie, corporate image, and overall employee satisfaction—well above the 60% average for Canadian organizations.
Diversity achievements
With more than 12 languages spoken across the company and women comprising 55% of its workforce—including half of all senior leadership positions—Blazesoft has made significant strides in workplace representation.
The recognition process involves confidential employee surveys and an in-depth review of organizational culture, with Great Place to Work emphasizing the importance of psychologically safe environments regardless of employee position.
Company growth
Blazesoft has expanded to more than 200 employees globally with offices in Canada and Europe. The B2B service provider has spent nearly a decade delivering services to e-commerce and entertainment companies, with clients including several social casino operations in the United States.
The company is also preparing to serve as a provider for OMG! Casino, a regulated real-money venture scheduled to launch in Ontario this summer.
The 2025 Best Workplaces in Canada list marks the 20th anniversary of the awards program recognizing workplace cultures across the country.
