CGI secures 10-year deal to modernize Los Angeles County’s core systems

CGI has been selected by the County of Los Angeles to overhaul its primary financial, budgeting, inventory, payroll, and human resources systems. This major update will be implemented using CGI Advantage, a sophisticated ERP platform known for enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

This 10-year partnership will focus on strategic IT advancements to empower the county’s workforce, support data-driven decisions, and improve public service delivery through increased mobility.

Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller Oscar Valdez highlighted the importance of this initiative, saying, “CGI’s proven expertise and their commitment to our operational needs make them an ideal partner for these critical upgrades. This investment will not only secure our systems but also ensure our resources are effectively utilized to serve both the public and our employees.”
