CIBC has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the 14th consecutive year. The award from Mediacorp Canada Inc. recognizes employers that create strong environments for emerging talent to launch careers.
The bank’s programs for young professionals include the Student Leadership Academy and CIBC’s Spark program for co-op students and interns. CIBC also provides leadership and career development programs, onboarding initiatives, mentorship connections between new hires and experienced leaders, and access to its Learning Central platform.
