CIMA+ has appointed Katia Millaire as senior vice president, talent and culture, effective Jan. 21.
Millaire brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to the role, including seven years at CIMA+. She has led HR business partnerships, the HR operational services centre, and HR strategy for mergers and acquisitions at the engineering consulting firm.
In her new position, Millaire will advance human resources practices aligned with the company’s business strategy while developing collaborative and inclusive work environments.

Millaire said her experience supporting the company’s growth has prepared her for the role. “My ambition is to continue developing human resources practices that are closely aligned with the business strategy, while placing people at the heart of our growth,” said Millaire.
