Conagra Brands Canada has been named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2025 by Mediacorp Canada Inc., a recognition of its workplace culture, community involvement, and employee support programs.
Paul Hogan, vice-president and general manager of Conagra Brands International, said the company focuses on fostering an engaging environment for its employees.
“We’re continuing to nurture a fun and engaging workplace, where employees feel encouraged and supported to grow, bring their best ideas to the table, and get involved in the community,” he said.
The Mississauga-based food company employs approximately 160 people at its head office and 400 more at manufacturing plants in Boisbriand, Que., and Dresden, Ont. Employees are also encouraged to contribute to the company’s focus on addressing food insecurity in surrounding communities.
The company recently modernized its Mississauga office to enhance collaboration and productivity, reflecting what Hogan described as a commitment to “unlocking the power of our people.”
